Complete Wedding Planner Services Starts at $4,500
A wedding coordinator is tasked with a leadership and organization role over all wedding vendors, details and wedding-day tasks. Also known as a wedding planner, the coordinator maintains contact with all vendors during the planning period and acts as a liaison between the bride and groom and the various wedding participants. The planner may also offer consultative advice and help with the budget. My complete wedding planner packages consist of three tiers and include the following services:
Tier I: This package is All Inclusive and is for couples who need assistance with wedding planning from beginning to end. (Starts at $4,500)
Up to 10 consultations with you in person; Unlimited via telephone / email
Assistance in budget creation/determination/management and breakdown as needed
Assistance in creation of theme, color, style and complete wedding design
Research of wedding professionals in each category that fits your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
Review vendor contracts to ensure you are getting the best terms and services for your money.
Assistance with invitation selection and method for mailing
Assist with securing a location for out of town guest
Guest list management
Attendance at 3 vendor appointments of your choice (ex. Catering tasting, Wedding dress selection & wedding cake tasting, florist/decorator visit)
Visit both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding to have knowledge of the location and a vision of the day of…
Develop a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
Introduction emails to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day to confirm all details and arrival times
Vendor payment reminders
Wedding rehearsal supervision/assistance in coordination (2hr Maximum)
A planner assistant, on site the day of the wedding (Up to 6 hrs.)
Final Walkthrough with Vendors of Ceremony and Reception Location
On-Site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 8 hours on the day of wedding to include assisting vendors with organization and set up of wedding décor to include favors, centerpieces, seating cards etc...
Arrive 2-3 hours prior to assist with vendor delivery and set up
Assist bridal party
Coordinate and distribute final payments and gratuities
Assist in gathering personal items at the end of the wedding and giving them to the designated person
Other: To be determined in contract between bride/planner
Tier II: This package is for couples who need some assistance with wedding planning. We will discuss what planning phase you would like Create-Me to handle and fill in any necessary gaps that you may have missed (Starts at $3,000)

Tier III: Unlike a full service wedding coordinator, a “Day of” coordinator is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives they need a professional to execute all of their hard work. (Starts at $1,500)
My day of planning package consists of the following services:
Unlimited phone and email availability

Visit both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding to have knowledge of the location.
